Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of IT information security and risk (IS&R) processes and standards.
- Coordinate Information Security & Risk awareness initiatives within IT.
- Collaborate with IT squads to ensure alignment with security principles.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT stakeholders to monitor, control, and report on IT squad accesses.
- Report to the IT BISO and interact with IT squads to elevate information security and risk levels.
- Coordinate to ensure completeness of the application referential for information assets owned by IT.
- Document procedures and processes.
- Monitor and report on the status and progress of executed recurrent tasks, including control plan execution, patch management dashboard, security configurations, internal quality control execution, and exception management (logical accesses).
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in a transversal security role or IT role.
- Strong interest in the BISO domain with a clear understanding of its purpose.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Dutch/French is a plus.
- Familiarity with technology landscape, including infrastructure, systems, and processes such as hardware, OS, and network.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication best practices.
- Understanding of processes and procedures and their importance.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in risk awareness, incident management, business intelligence, and Microsoft Office tools with VBA.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Visio.
- Continuous improvement and automation skills.
