Job Title: Litho Process Engineer
Start Date: 1st December 2025
Duration: 9 months (with the possibility of extension)
Work Regime: Full-time
Location: Vlaams-Brabant (on-site work required)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and discuss lithography process development requests.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments.
- Deliver high-quality lithography processes for internal programs and customers.
- Collaborate with the mask design team to generate lithography design rules and data for new test mask design and tape out.
- Define and execute process, equipment, and material development projects with equipment and material suppliers in cross-functional and cross-company teams.
- Document and transfer lithography processes to the pilot production line.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, material science, nanotechnology, physics, or a related field.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing with knowledge of lithography is an asset.
- Knowledge of CD and overlay metrology is highly considered.
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to communicate fact-based insights effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility.
- Enthusiastic team player who can influence, engage, and motivate others.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and results-driven.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
