Senior Project Manager Digitalization

For a client, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager Digitalization within the PMO organization.

Start Date: 01/10/2025

End Date: 31/12/2025 (with possibility of extension)

Regime: Full-time, 2 days on-site, 3 days remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead digitalization projects from A to Z within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage the project team and collaborate with sponsor, steering committee, and stakeholders.
• Proactive project management and bringing the right people together to make progress.
• Embed project results in the business.

Project Phases:

• Concept Phase: Translate problem statement into project scope, planning, and budget.
• Development Phase: Execution of the validated project including tender and permits.
• Execution Phase: Realization of project results and adjustments where necessary.
• Closure Phase: Transfer of project results to the business and project closure.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Change Management.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex environments and digital projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in Stakeholder Management.
• At least 10 years of experience in leading and guiding projects.
• Knowledge of terminology, organization, roles, and processes of the PM methodology.
• Higher education (Master or Bachelor) or equivalent through experience.
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
• Experience in technical environments.

We are looking for a candidate who can apply the Brussels Airport project management methodology and ensures good documentation and reporting.
