Business Analyst

Location: Brussels

Start Date: 01/10/2025

End Date: 31/10/2026

Telework Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs and trends, proposing product and service improvements, analyzing and evaluating change requests, and developing business requirements and acceptance criteria. You will act as an interface with stakeholders, bridging business needs with IT, and defining the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces. You will also follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good spoken communication skills
• French: Strong spoken communication skills
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Technical experience with a preference for knowledge of technical aspects
• Business expertise 
• Ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their link with IT
