Business Analyst 

Location: Brussels

End Date: 31/10/2026

Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing trends and competition, and proposing product and service improvements. You will develop business requirements and acceptance criteria, act as an interface with stakeholders, and bridge business needs with IT. You will also define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces, and follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good spoken communication skills
• French: Strong spoken communication skills
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their link with IT
• Business analysis experience, preferably in process design or reengineering
• Experience with BI (data queries, reporting)
