Role Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert / Project Manager to join our Marketing & Communications department. The role involves enhancing digital journeys, increasing online visibility, developing brand awareness, generating leads/sales, and driving business growth through strategic digital marketing techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the digital marketing backlog and roadmap.
  • Define platform guidelines and templates for Marketing & Communications initiatives.
  • Coach and support Marketing & Communications Managers on platform usage.
  • Develop and implement effective digital journeys.
  • Monitor and analyze digital journey performance and implement optimization loops.
  • Conduct surveys and user tests to measure customer satisfaction.
  • Define and implement SEO strategies and action plans.
  • Manage digital campaigns and support retargeting strategies.
  • Design and manage content structure for platforms ensuring SEO optimization.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of content on marketing platforms.
  • Participate in project management, defining scope and priorities for digital marketing initiatives.

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication
  • Certifications in Adobe Analytics, Figma, Semrush, Content Square

Experience and Skills Required:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in coordinating steerco and reporting to senior management.
  • Strong marketing and/or communications experience.
  • Project management skills, including handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in online campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of communication techniques and tools.
  • Experience in digital transformation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, especially with marketing and IT teams.
  • Ability to work in complex, fast-paced digital marketing environments.
