QA Technical Analyst 

For a client, we are seeking an experienced QA Technical Analyst for their Operations teams. The role involves setting up test tools, best practices, monitoring, and reporting. The candidate will support business analysts with testing across various teams and also engage in hands-on test execution. We are looking for someone with coordinating skills, but not a managerial profile. 

Key Details

• Start Date: October 2025
• Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)
• Location: Onsite in Brussels 2 days/week 
• Languages: Fluent spoken and written communication in French and English are mandatory

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience (5+ years) in technical analysis and QA/testing roles
• Strong expertise in integration testing strategies and quality control processes
• Ability to design and implement monitoring solutions for critical systems and data flows
• Experience with application support processes and incident reporting improvements
• Proficiency in documenting data flows and ensuring clear technical documentation
• Solid understanding of modern technologies, systems, databases, and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with assertiveness
• Ability to lead implementation projects and drive improvements in processes and tools
