Role Description:
We are looking for a Data Analytic Translator ('AI Coach') to support the adoption and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across the Human Resources (HR) department. As an AI Coach, you will act as a facilitator, advisor, and trainer: helping HR teams identify high-value use cases, guiding them in the effective use of AI tools, and ensuring that deployed solutions are adopted and aligned with both business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role requires a unique blend of HR expertise, AI awareness, change management, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Prioritize Use Cases: Assess current HR processes to spot opportunities for automation. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to capture ideas and assess feasibility/impact of AI solutions. Support the design and implementation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots. Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and AI governance framework.
- Support Adoption and Change: Accompany HR staff in the day-to-day use of existing AI solutions, ensuring effective adoption and productivity gains. Act as the bridge between HR teams and central AI departments. Share best practices and success stories to foster a culture of innovation.
- Evangelize and Educate: Raise awareness of AI opportunities within HR processes. Deliver training, workshops, and hands-on sessions to HR teams on the use of AI-powered tools.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Fluent or basic when French is fluent
- French: Fluent or basic when Dutch is fluent
- English: Fluent
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field — could be Business, Human Resources, Data Science, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or similar by experience. Candidates with other academic backgrounds with knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Technical Experience: Strong culture in AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and their applications in HR. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to HR professionals. Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.
- Business Experience: Experience in leading transformation initiatives, ideally in digital or AI adoption. Strong facilitation and training skills. Ability to inspire, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Solid understanding of HR processes and challenges. Awareness of AI opportunities within HR processes and HR analytics.
