Part-Time Helpdesk Officer
Start Date: 20/10/2025
End Date: 31/01/2026
Location: Brussels
Work Regime: 60%
Responsibilities:
- Handle call and mail intake.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line services.
- Create and follow up on tickets in the Helpdesk ticketing tool.
- Execute various technical actions based on processes and checklists.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, English, and French.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to different work locations.
- Proficient in Windows 10 and 11 (use, configuration, and troubleshooting).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (2016/O365).
- Basic knowledge of software such as MS Visio and Adobe products.
- Familiarity with DOS commands.
- Experience with user management using Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of VOIP.
- Experience in TCP/IP (VLANs, POE, Wifi, 802.1x, horizontal cabling, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of videoconferencing and domotics (meeting rooms).
- Troubleshooting skills for smartphones and GPS.
- Basic knowledge of Wifi, VPN, IT network topology, VMware, and software virtualization.
- Experience in staging hardware (user-oriented – PC).
- Basic knowledge of hardware (PC, printers, and peripherals).
Skills and Certifications:
- ITIL certification.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and update tickets in the Helpdesk Tool.
