Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Volume Deviation Analyst:

• Take ownership of the volume deviation process, ensuring timely execution of actions across all stakeholders.
• Investigate volume deviations to assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies for contract stability.
• Actively manage open cases by assigning tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring steady progress toward resolution.
• Compile and present consolidated reports on volume deviation cases to the management team, and lead the preparation and facilitation of the STEERCO meetings.
• Lead the end-to-end solar case detection process, from identification to resolution.
• Prepare and execute external communication targeting customers.
• Maintain and continuously improve the detection process.
• Analyze and report on results.
• Collaborate with Operations to coordinate and implement contractual changes.

Data Analysis:

• Prepare and execute external communication campaigns targeting customers.
• Analyze and report on communication campaign results.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis & data extraction on request of business stakeholders.
• Maintain & update operational reporting in CRM systems.

Market Analysis:

• Lead the customer value segmentation initiative.
• Maintain and update the machine learning model used for customer segmentation.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience or training.
• Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, accurate, proactive, hands-on, and result-driven.
• Excellent listening skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact regularly and build strong relationships with stakeholders (departments such as B2B sales and marketing, pricing, legal, optimization, finance, etc.).
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Eager to understand all aspects of the B2B business.
• Strict adherence to deadlines.
• Fluent in Dutch or French & English is a requirement.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of BI systems (Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, SAP BW, SAP BO, etc.) is an asset.
