Service Description:
The Change Officer will contribute to the definition, execution, monitoring, and supervision of changes related to the implementation of various projects. This includes changes to culture, business processes, technology, and organization. The role is crucial in ensuring that staff members embrace change and that change initiatives are designed and implemented on time and within budget. The Change Officer will work closely with the Knowledge & Competence Manager and, for some projects, with the HR Business Partner. They will consult with the Project Manager to design and draft change plans that can be implemented quickly and with minimal resistance from staff members. The Change Officer is part of a dedicated Change team composed of three professionals, working collaboratively to support transformation initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business project teams to orchestrate, support, prepare, and activate change management strategies, transformation roadmaps, and change plans to support a digital and agile transformation of the organization.
- Analyze the impact on people and contribute to the implementation of the change plan in collaboration with the concerned teams.
- Identify and resolve the main obstacles to transformation.
- Orchestrate, support, nurture, and activate the overall change communication plan and ensure transparency throughout the change journey.
- Support various transformation pillars in their approach and implementation of change.
- Train teams in storytelling and communicating the impact of change.
- Co-lead a team of Change Agents & Trainers.
- Support, prepare, and activate the overall Training Management Strategy.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business management, organizational psychology, business administration, engineering, digital engineering, communication/change, or related field/equivalent experience.
- Project management experience.
- Expertise in change management within business projects.
- 5 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in change management principles, methodology, and implementation.
- Familiarity with the ADKAR methodology is required; certification is highly desirable.
