Lead one or multiple Epics/Projects of varying complexity involving teams across different locations, divisions, and entities, including third-party suppliers, and multiple disciplines in the IT function.
Proactively identify risks, define, drive, and track the required actions to mitigate them or resolve issues, ensuring that the projects' goals and requirements are met.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and forecasts, including resource allocation, costs, and dependencies, ensuring effective use of the team’s overall resources to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Handle change control processes, challenge and negotiate changes in project specifications or scope with business and IT partners.
Regularly report progress at all levels of the organization, including senior management, partners, and sponsors/business collaborators.
Ensure Epics/projects adhere to internal standards and methodologies.
Lead improvement initiatives and act as the primary connection between project sponsors/clients and IT services.

Desired Experience and Certifications:
Certification in PRINCE2, PMI, or similar IT delivery frameworks.
Exposure to large business package implementation/upgrade projects.
Experience with outsourcing partners and cross-platform implementation.
