Medior/Senior Automation Tester

Practical Details:

• Location: Brussels city center, with the possibility of working remotely 3 days per week.
• Start Date: As soon as possible.
• Duration: Until the end of March 2026, with an option for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test designs, and test scenarios.
• Automate tests and engage in programming/scripting, preferably using Python or similar logic.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Utilize RobotFramework (RF) as it is becoming a standard.
• Conduct test specification, automation, execution, and defect follow-up.
• Report on testing activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and associated queries.
• Experience in test automation and tangible programming/scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is advantageous.
• Understanding of technical IT concepts such as Service and Client application, Web Service, API, Protocol, Front end, and back end.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with RabbitMQ is a major plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps tickets is beneficial.
• Experience in security testing is an advantage.
