Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Solution Specialist to support Confluence and other information & knowledge platforms such as SharePoint. The successful candidate will optimize collaboration and knowledge sharing through Atlassian Confluence, playing a key role in managing, configuring, and strategically deploying Confluence as a knowledge platform. Additionally, the role involves contributing to broader initiatives related to Information & Knowledge Management.
Responsibilities:
- Support the organization in optimizing collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Manage, configure, and strategically deploy Confluence.
- Contribute to broader Information & Knowledge Management initiatives.
- Follow standards and ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Confluence and other Atlassian solutions, or willingness to acquire expert level quickly.
- Confluence Medior level, with potential to achieve senior level through intensive training.
- In-depth knowledge of Atlassian Confluence (administration, user experience, macros, plug-ins).
- Information & Knowledge Medior to Senior level.
- Good understanding of MS M365 and Office 365 tools and their integration.
