For our team Claims & Contact Center within the Commercial Lines & Claims domain of our Change & Run Non-Life Insurance department, we are looking for a Product Owner (PO).

Context
“Commercial Lines & Claims ” is responsible for maximizing Business Value and realizing the delivery of all Claims systems and current systems that will eventually be migrated to Guidewire components.
Our Claims & Contact Center team's mission in this domain is to renew and optimize Damage Management and Contact Management using Guidewire Claims Center and Contact Manager, including monitoring streamlined claim processes.
As a Product Owner you are the hub between business, IT and stakeholders. You represent the interests of customers and sponsors and are end-to-end responsible for the innovations to be delivered. You determine the priorities of the delivery team, coordinate the team operation and ensure that the product backlog remains up-to-date, so that both change and run run run run optimally. You work within an asset landscape of high size and complexity, realizing the E2E delivery and ensuring efficient integration within the architectural landscape.
Your role
✔ Determine strategy and vision
• Together with the Chief Product Owner and other POs, you tailor the product vision related to your assets to the objectives of the Change & Run Non-Life Insurance department.
• You translate this vision into a concrete product roadmap and provide input for the project calendar and business reviews.
• You follow market developments and competition in your domain closely.
✔ Manage product backlog
• You continuously manage and prioritize the complex product backlog, taking into account a large number of different stakeholders and assets / components.
• You translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and sprint goals.
• You make final decisions about the functional requirements and features.
✔ Coordination of the Delivery Teams
• You control the agile team ceremonies and monitor the team's progress & KPIs.
• You are the point of contact for the team, you are accessible and answer questions quickly and efficiently.
• You ensure clear communication about priorities and dependencies within the team.
• You guarantee the delivery quality by working together on clear acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
✔ Building strong relationships with stakeholders
• You maintain close contacts with important stakeholders to guarantee their involvement.
• You communicate clearly about the business value of releases.
• You ensure proactive coordination with your business department and other relevant agile teams.
✔ High-quality delivery and priority management
• You continuously evaluate the priorities based on scope, budget and planning.
• You identify dependencies between initiatives and resolve any conflicts quickly.
• You make the product backlog transparent for stakeholders and ensure clear objectives within the team.
✔ End-to-End leadership of small to medium initiatives
• You ensure that the Business requirements are defined in time.
• You determine which delivery teams must be engaged when for the realization of the initiative, together with the Product Owners.

• You express yourself in Dutch or French and have a good command of the second national language. Smooth expression in English, both spoken and written is a must.
