Role Description:

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing project boards or steering committees
• Project monitoring and reporting
• Conducting business analysis related to the project's expected deliveries
• Managing risks and issues
• Capacity planning and resource management
• Process improvement
• Time management
• Following up on project documentation and change control
• Engaging in deep dives into work packages and expected deliveries, acting as a Business Analyst for diagnostics

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Operational Risk Management Framework/Controls is a significant advantage
• Proven ability to manage various project stakeholders with differing viewpoints
• Basic understanding of control tools or the ability to quickly grasp their main functionalities
• Experience in operational risk management is preferred

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken)

Education:

Master’s degree or equivalent experience
