Your mission:
As Solution Architect, you will work closely with the Tribe leads, Lead Developer, Release Truck Engineer and Product Owner to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that support our evolving needs.
You will:
• Translate business needs into well-architected solutions in accordance with architectural standards and guidelines
• Plan and develop architectural runways for projects, coordinating with relevant teams. Act as a key decision-maker for secure, scalable solution architecture and design.
• Drive adoption of architecture standards and guidelines
• Review technical designs to ensure coherence with the solution architecture
Your profile:
• Minimum of 7 years as Solution Architect and 5 years in Agile methodology.
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to create innovative solutions.
• Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills to challenge and inspire the business.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience driving cross-functional teams and asserting quality control.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Proven experience in architecture/design modelling techniques and best practices
On top of these experiences, proficiency in at least two of the below domains is required
• Cloud & Architecture Expertise:
o Proven experience in public cloud designs/architectures (AWS, Azure). Hybrid cloud/on-premise and multicloud scenario experience is a plus.
o Knowledge of mobile (iOS/Android) design/architecture is a plus.
• Backend & Event-Driven Systems:
o Strong knowledge of Java (JEE/Spring Boot) and Node.js (Typescript).
o Expertise in the Kafka event streaming platform.
o Good knowledge of service-oriented and event-driven architectures, including related technologies like web services, REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, AVRO, and security standards.
• Frontend & Multichannel Technologies:
o Proficiency in front-end technologies, including web frameworks like Angular.
o Experience with multichannel and micro-frontend style patterns and technologies.
o Data & Persistence Solutions:
o Good knowledge of modern data persistence solutions, including RDBMS (Postgres, Oracle), document databases, and key-value stores.
• Security & SDLC Best Practices:
o Strong knowledge and general awareness of security standards and best practices.
o Good knowledge of SDLC best practices, including CI/CD. Knowledge of DevSecOps and continuous delivery is an asset.
