Business Analyst (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• User Story Validation & Requirements Analysis
  • Review and refine detailed user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure user stories are well-documented, testable, and actionable for development teams.
• Process Validation & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze and validate current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure process changes align with operational goals.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to improve workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
• Supporting Implementation & Testing
  • Assist in reviewing solutions, validating them against business requirements.
  • Work with QA and end-users to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify potential gaps and propose adjustments to enhance platform functionality.

Skills & Competences:

• Medior level with over 5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and structured approach.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear documentation.
• Understanding of football context is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.

Languages:

• English is a must; Dutch/French is a plus.

Period:

• Start: ASAP
• End: 01/03/2026 (with the possibility of an extension until 30/06/2027)

Location:

• Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite, 3 days/week remote
