QA Lead (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Coordination
  • Define and maintain the overall QA strategy and test plan for each release.
  • Lead the QA and UAT phase by coordinating activities across testers, business users, and external partners.
  • Provide regular updates to the Program Manager and stakeholders on test status, quality risks, and readiness for go-live.
• Defect Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Oversee the defect management process, ensuring clear reporting and prioritization.
  • Execute edge case testing to uncover performance and stability weaknesses.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing recurring issues and adapting testing approaches.
• Execution & Validation
  • Perform hands-on testing when necessary, including detailed UAT.
  • Validate that platform features meet business requirements and user expectations.
  • Champion best practices in QA, ensuring high standards are consistently applied.

Skills & Competences:

• Medior level with over 5 years of experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and QA best practices.

Languages:

• Experience with product development is a plus.

Period:

• Start: ASAP
• End: 01/03/2026 (with the possibility of an extension until 30/06/2027)

Location:

• Hybrid: 1 day/week onsite, 1.5 days/week remote
