User Adoption Lead (1/2 FTE)
Responsibilities:
- User Onboarding & Adoption
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to the platform.
- Gather user feedback to refine onboarding flows and improve engagement.
- Knowledge Base Development
- Build and maintain a structured knowledge base.
- Develop FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting materials.
- User-Friendliness Testing & Feedback
- Continuously test the platform’s usability.
- Organize beta testing sessions with target user groups.
- Support Enablement
- Prepare and train the support desk for the platform’s go-live phase.
- Serve as the link between users and support teams.
Skills & Competences:
- Medior level with over 3 years of experience.
- Detail-oriented with a structured, methodical approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive in identifying friction points and proposing improvements.
Languages:
- English is a must; native in Dutch or French, fluency in both is a plus.
Period:
- Start: ASAP
- End: 01/03/2026 (with the possibility of an extension until 30/06/2027)
Location:
- Hybrid: 1 day/week onsite, 1.5 days/week remote
