For a client, we are seeking a Commercial Strategy Business Consultant.

Responsibilities:
- Guide sales and marketing teams through strategic transformations.
- Develop and refine commercial visions and strategies.
- Analyze and design innovative solutions across departments.
- Focus on channel strategy and introduce new sales methodologies.
- Build business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Lead project management efforts, including roadmap intake and execution.
- Define acceptance criteria and lead change management and adoption.
- Improve lead-to-order processes and provide expert advice.
- Monitor transformation progress and report on adoption of metrics.
- Ability to translate between sales and technical domains and stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Degree: Master or Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent through experience.
- Experience: 5–7 years in a commercial or technical environment.
- Must-have skills:
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Affinity with sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of business processes, IT, and/or network environments.
- Experience with business cases and process modeling.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Team player, resilient, customer-focused, proactive, persuasive.
- Hands-on mentality.
Nice to haves:
- Affinity with the telecom sector.
- Experience in agile environments.
- Salesforce and Jira skills.
- Proficiency in French is a nice-to-have.
