Job Title: Senior Project Leader for Security Projects
Start Date: October 1, 2025
Location: Brussels
Work Regime: Full-time, 2 office days per week
Responsibilities:
- Manage epics within the CISO division from ideation to completion.
- Coordinate team members and ensure processes are applied to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with objectives.
- Lead technical projects within the IDAM Programme, specifically in the IDentity & Access Management domain.
- Ensure adequate resources are assigned, deliverables are produced and validated, and monitor delivery in terms of scope, planning, budget, and quality.
- Monitor changes, risks, and issues, and take appropriate actions in agreement with the Sponsor and Epic Owner.
- Ensure epic outputs are tested, deployed, and operational teams are ready to embrace changes.
- Respect methodology and governance, and report to stakeholders to ensure awareness and appropriate decisions.
Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee the epic on a day-to-day basis, managing dependencies, milestones, and impacts.
- Ensure deliverables are produced with required quality, within time and budget, and in line with the methodology framework.
- Direct, motivate, and challenge the project team to meet scope and expectations.
- Manage risks and issues, perform change control, and report to the Sponsorship Committee.
Qualitative Responsibilities:
- Produce the Project Quality Plan, documenting the approach to quality management.
Planning Responsibilities:
- Create and agree on plans with involved teams and the Sponsorship Committee.
- Initiate demands via processes like QBR & QP.
Operationalization Responsibilities:
- Ensure operationalization aspects are embedded in delivery with the help of the ERO.
Post-Implementation Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Post-Implementation Report for validation by the Sponsor.

Profile:
- 10+ years of proven Project Management experience in a large Financial Services organization.
- Experience managing projects with development of business processes, procedures, controls, and KPIs.
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel, ranging from 1000 to 3,000 man-days.
- Strong leadership skills with adaptability to different contexts and stakeholders.
- Experience with industry-standard methodologies like Waterfall, PMI, or Prince2, and agile delivery methods.
- Experience with outsourced projects management is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to influence management levels.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Affinity with technical domains and familiarity with Information Security technologies, especially Identity & Access Management.
- Knowledge of CyberArk technologies is a plus.
