Project Manager - Verdi Migration

Mission Title:
Verdi Migration – Project Manager Onboarding/Commercial Migration/Distribution Readiness
Mission Goal:
Lead the stream and deliver objectives of the Verdi Migration Program, focusing on Onboarding, Commercial Migration, and Distribution Readiness.
Expected Deliveries:
- Planning & Governance
- Build and maintain a detailed project plan for Onboarding, Commercial Migration, and Distribution Readiness.
- Track progress against the timeline and flag deviations.
- Organize and facilitate SteerCo, Internal Committee, and ExCo meetings.
- Ensure POG governance steps are scheduled and completed on time.
- Coordination & Communication
- Act as the central point of contact between Lead, BA team, Product Managers, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate bi-weekly alignment meetings and weekly cross-workstream meetings.
- Ensure communication plans for brokers and clients are executed on schedule.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Maintain a risk and issue log for the stream.
- Proactively identify dependencies and escalate blockers.
- Ensure mitigation actions are tracked and reported.
- Deliverable Management
- Monitor the preparation and delivery of broker segmentation updates, communication and training materials, migration strategy and implementation plans, impact assessments, and regulatory notices.
- Validate that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Reporting
- Prepare weekly status reports.
- Consolidate updates from all tracks for program-level reporting.
- Resource & Budget Oversight
- Track resource allocation and ensure alignment with project needs.
- Monitor budget consumption for activities under the commercial stream.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic projects focusing on regulatory roadmaps, especially tax-related, from initiation to closure.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and internal project life cycle.

Knowledge:
- Core Insurance, Commercial, and Distribution knowledge
- Life Insurance product management, savings, and investments
- Project Management methodologies (Agile)
- Project Management tools

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects related to commercial and distribution matters in a Life Insurance context on time and within budget.
