General Description:

The EDO Offensive Security Project Lead is responsible for specifying and coordinating the implementation of projects, ensuring objectives are met within quality, time, and budget targets, and managing associated risks. This role requires strong technical skills, proven project management experience, and an understanding of business issues.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
• Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
• Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
• Contribute to and review project proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
• Define and design activities starting from existing solutions.
• Coordinate a small team of specialists to implement project tasks.
• Provide interface and maintain a confident relationship with other contributors to the project.
• Contribute to setting project evaluation parameters.
• Negotiate minor changes to project scope or specification with the project sponsor/client.
• Regularly report project progress to senior management and/or the sponsor/client.
• Contribute to improving/developing systems.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers at a tactical level.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong technical skills and proven project management experience.
• Understanding of business issues.
• Ability to manage projects within quality, time, and budget targets.
