Logical Access Management – EDO/ Scrum Master
Objectives:
The CISO Portfolio Management Tribe is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support its team of Architects and Functional Testers, in utilizing Agile practices effectively and maximizing value delivery through well-established Agile techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Coach the team to be self-organized and cross-functional, adopting Agile practices that enable efficient delivery of high-value products.
- Organize and facilitate scrum events such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Help the team navigate various Agile processes: identification of tasks, effort sizing, progress reporting, demo, and continuous improvement.
- Manage impediments: conflicting interests, negotiating inputs between different parties, proactively identifying issues and risks, and adjusting scope in relation to technical issues and testing environments.
- Collect and analyze necessary team KPIs (velocity, predictability, progress of the agile transformation).
- Facilitate team transparency and share progress using appropriate communication channels.
- Work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and productivity.
- Ensure that deliverables follow guidelines and standards.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Scrum Master and project manager roles.
- Experience managing the development of associated business processes, procedures, controls, and KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage several projects in parallel with sizes varying from 1000 to 3,000 man-days.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt style according to context and different project stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated drive and ability to “make things happen”, challenge and overcome resistance.
- Problem-oriented and solution-driven: Ability to identify and analyze problems, understand their root cause, and find high-quality solutions.

- Professional-level English proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience in projects related to Identity and Access Management/ Logical Access Management.
Preferred Skills:
- Scrum Master certifications such as CSP and PSM.
- Ability to understand the technical concepts that your team is working on.
- Knowledge of SailPoint is a plus.
- Familiarity with a range of Information Security technologies, infrastructure, processes, and services, especially in Identity & Access Management.
