Monitoring Consultant – Dynatrace SaaS Expert

Start Date: October 2025

End Date: 31/12/2025 (with the possibility of extension)

Location: Brussel-Hoofdstad

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the rollout of the Dynatrace monitoring platform, providing full visibility and an end-to-end transversal view with a focus on critical business applications and their infrastructure components.
• Set up key platform governance and security functionalities in Dynatrace.
• Assist the project team with data visualization and user group onboarding tasks.
• Translate conceptual solutions offered by solution architects into functional solutions on the Dynatrace platform.
• Implement key platform governance concepts and security requirements.
• Contribute to governance policies and documentation.
• Document implemented solutions into Standard Operating Procedures.
• Create and maintain dashboards in the Dynatrace SaaS environment.
• Onboard teams of users from both development and infrastructure sides.
• Onboard specific infrastructure components which are not OneAgent compatible.
• Analyze, prepare, and implement changes and releases respecting scope, timing, and planning.
• Conduct Build To Run quality reviews.
• Create and maintain Technical User Guide and Operations Guide.
• Follow up on issues and work in an agile way, following the scrum methodology.
• Interact with engineers and specialists from other teams, including infrastructure and development teams.
• Report to the service delivery manager.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the monitoring team and the Monitoring Operations Center.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with specialist knowledge and experience in Dynatrace SaaS.
• Experience with complex infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency in Dutch or French and English is a must.
• Agile mindset, proactivity, and autonomy are crucial.
• Customer-oriented and solution-minded.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team player with good communication skills (oral and written).
