Communication Officer
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of 2025 (with possibility of extension)
Work Regime: 60% or 80% (maximum)!!!
Languages: Dutch, French, English
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit customer-facing content for web, email, SMS, apps, and support pages.
- Collaborate with designers, UX experts, and developers to create cohesive digital experiences.
- Ensure content aligns with the company's tone of voice, branding, and terminology.
- Validate translated content for quality and accuracy.
- Use CMS tools (e.g., AEM) to publish and manage content.
- Participate in workshops and feedback sessions.
- Create content that drives customer action and supports digital flows.
- Contribute to visual and multimedia content (e.g., videos, visuals).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field.
- Strong copywriting skills in Dutch.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French.
- Affinity with visual communication and digital content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Must-Have Skills:
- Fluent Dutch writing skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French.
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital content flows and web publishing.
- Ability to assess and validate translated content.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive communication.
- Structured and deadline-driven approach.
- Comfortable with feedback and iteration.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, or other visual tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to develop copy/content guidelines.
