Responsibilities:
- Lead source-to-contract projects from a vendor management perspective in collaboration with procurement.
- Execute strategic and tactical vendor and contract lifecycle management.
- Support and guide junior and medior colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as DORA, SRB, and outsourcing.
- Address cybersecurity risks.
- Maintain and improve relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Key Responsibilities as Account Manager:
- Lead intake processes.
- Oversee vendor portfolios for assigned IT divisions.
- Support local vendor managers in reporting and improving vendor/contract health and compliance.
Key Responsibilities as Central Vendor Manager:
- Lead strategic vendor management projects for critical vendors.
- Support procurement negotiations.
- Execute lifecycle management and improvement actions.
Additional Contributions:
- Act as key contact for local vendor management.
- Transfer knowledge to junior and medior colleagues.
- Recommend best practices and help develop policies.
- Ensure vendor governance, compliance, and security.
- Support supplier selection, tender evaluation, and contract monitoring.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Senior capacity to manage complex and high-impact vendor and contract management tasks.
- Expertise in interacting with senior internal stakeholders, procurement, legal, risk, and external vendors.
- Proficient in Dutch and English.
- IT Skills: M365, SAP, SAP-ARIBA.
