Organizational Change Manager Position

Project Purpose:

The goal of the SAP4I implementation projects is to create a platform to enhance the service and mission delivered to customers by implementing various SAP4I products and integrating Salesforce into the common group systems.

Mission of the Job:

As a member of the SAP4I SR Project Team, your responsibility will be to coordinate activities ensuring all business teams impacted by the new platform rollout (SAP4I with Salesforce integration) are fully prepared and engaged for the upcoming changes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the project sponsor, department heads, and team leaders affected by the implementation. As the OCM Manager, you will also coordinate with the project team for updates and information to communicate effectively with the impacted business users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation for the rollout of a new platform and organizational model with different business departments and project leads.
  • Facilitate sessions on alignment of processes, procedures, organization, and roles.
  • Execute the change plan, including organizing and facilitating kick-off sessions, creating internal communication, leading the change agent network, gathering feedback through internal surveys, and translating this into actionable plans.
  • Organize training for all impacted internal users and demo sessions.
  • Prepare trainers for training and organize internal and external support at Go-Live.
  • Ensure a supporting mechanism is set up for post Go-Live support.
  • Produce and maintain accurate project schedules and prepare monthly progress reports.
  • Coordinate with key Project Managers to align Go-Live planning and manage risks and dependencies with the new digital value chain.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience leading projects/change management in an international environment.
  • Team player with a straightforward, hands-on mentality.
  • Strong communication and motivation skills.
  • Cultural awareness and experience working across different teams, cultures, and nationalities.
  • Fluent in English, with good working knowledge of Dutch/French as an asset.
  • Certification in Project Management and particularly Change Management Methodology.
  • Good understanding of business processes, technology landscape, new technologies, and industry standards.
  • Experience with Prosci methodology, certification preferred.
  • SAP4I integration or rollout experience is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in the Finance sector preferred.
