For a customer we are looking for a Business Analyst with experience as a Product Owner.

Location: Brussels, with the possibility of partly working from home
Language requirements: Dutch or French, plus English

Thorough knowledge of Non-Life insurance
Strong skills in stakeholder management

Objective of the function
The Business Analyst is part of a delivery team and acts as a link with the end users. He / she works closely with the Product Owner and the Solution Architect to develop solutions that optimally support the business goals. The Business Analyst translates business needs into documented and validated user stories and technically supports the delivery team where necessary. Together with the Product Owner and the test coordinator, he / she is responsible for the quality and successful implementation of the delivered product.

Building and maintaining knowledge about business processes within the domain
Maintaining contacts with end users
Sharing relevant information with the delivery team
Process analysis & Optimization
Documenting and validating business processes
Identify problems and make proposals for process improvements
Demonstrate and coordinate value creation of proposals with the Product Owner
User Stories
Producing and adjusting user stories
Documenting and clarifying user stories
Validate user stories with the Product Owner
Quality Assurance
Testable user stories
Validation of test suit and test case design
Designing and executing test cases for acceptance tests
Change Management
Coordinate and plan the implementation process
Mapping stakeholders and providing support
Organizing training sessions and workshops
