Project Manager HR

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 31/12/2025, with an option for extension

Location: Brussel

Languages Required: Dutch, French, English

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR project(s) from inception to completion, focusing primarily on HR platforms.
  • Oversee project evolution and implement necessary change measures to ensure cost-efficient delivery of expected results.
  • Handle project scope, budget, and planning.
  • Maintain close relationships with all stakeholders, including various partners, and coordinate the work of project team members (internal and third parties).
  • Establish clear agreements with project partners and monitor commitments and realizations.
  • Ensure quality and solution integration of different aspects if implemented by distinct project groups.
  • Participate in analysis workshops and ensure requirements are captured in the blueprint.
  • Provide project documentation on planning, communication, UAT, etc.
  • Organize UAT tests, monitor testing progress, and manage bug fixing.
  • Escalate blocking issues to partners to secure project deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, including the implementation of HR software platforms.
  • Experience within a Human Resources environment or a strong interest in HR processes and employee experience.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, practices, and tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to detect and assess dependencies, issues, and risks, and drive solutions.
  • Ability to structure projects involving several partners.
  • Capable of creating project overviews to ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good listener.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

Additional Information:

The mission is until the end of the year, with a possible extension of 6 months in 2026.
