Project Manager Smart Roll Out

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress and quality of the roll-out across all activities, including logistics, installation, and coding.
- Track the project schedule and budget.
- Describe and implement necessary tools and reports for activity monitoring.
- Actively participate in improving customer journeys related to the activities.
- Support operational teams in defining, documenting, implementing, and evolving their business processes.
- Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and define optimization solutions.
- Adapt and optimize the deployment strategy while ensuring installer safety and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure coordination with other departments.
- Monitor roll-out KPIs and take corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Draft internal reports or reports for public authorities or the regulator.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of a second language.
- Proven experience as a project manager (Senior level, 5 years).
- Proven experience in data analysis and trend identification.
- Proven experience in reporting to C-Level.
- Demonstrates decision-making skills during the interview.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of process definition or management (BPMN).
- Master's degree in engineering.
- Proven experience in smart meter rollout.
- Proven experience in deploying infrastructure across a territory (e.g., fiber deployment).
- Proven experience with an energy player in Belgium (Senior level, 5 years).
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset during the interview.
