Storage and Backup Administrator

Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless availability of storage infrastructure components in a complex and dynamic environment, providing services on a global scale while adhering to technical standards and strict security guidelines.
• Manage daily backups and restores of the Global Aviation IT environment.
• Follow up on incidents and performance-related alerts from monitoring systems.

Qualifications:

• Broad knowledge of SAN and central storage array systems.
• Attention to detail and ability for timely execution within SLA requirements.
• Medium scripting experience, with the ability to automate subtasks.
• Working knowledge of concepts in high availability.
• Experience with Unix/Linux-based systems as the main platform for storage software components.

Language Proficiency:

Proficient in English.
