Join us in contributing to a more sustainable world. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Advice & Contracts Cluster, working within the Portfolio Management System squad. Your role will involve managing the bank's investment contract offerings, ensuring they meet the specific needs of niche markets and are highly available. You will work in an Agile environment to quickly adapt to market trends and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in ideation phases with Business and IT partners to ensure solutions align with customer needs and the bank's strategy.
• Define solutions and implement or review business processes and flows with the Product Owner.
• Manage business processes End-to-End (E2E) from customer request to product/service delivery.
• Ensure adequate change management and design improvements in the client's journey.
• Collaborate closely with the IT development team to ensure all necessary information is available.
• Participate in 'agile' ceremonies and regularly report on the status of assignments.
• Lead changes in collaboration with 'Go-to-market' colleagues.
• Collect, understand, and challenge the needs of various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Passionate about the investment world and curious about process flows.
• Ability to understand and unify different stakeholder needs.
• Independent, proactive, and experienced in leading projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player capable of presenting analysis results at different management levels.
• Basic knowledge of Agile working methods is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and model.
• Efficient facilitator and communicator, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to convince, influence, and negotiate effectively.
• Driven and tenacious in finding creative solutions.
• Customer-oriented and committed to meeting expectations.
