Job Title: Domain Architect

Location: Brussels

Work Arrangement: 50/50 remote and on-site 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level end-to-end architecture and guide low-level design, ensuring modularity, reusability, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Focus on key architectural domains including orchestrators for Legal Entities, Individuals, and Representation Management.
• Integrate with KYC components and PAM systems (OnePAM and CSI).
• Design orchestration with both synchronous and asynchronous patterns.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in Belgium and delivery teams in Hub Manila.
• Produce architectural flows (“archiflows”), define architecture decisions and debt items, and review solution-level deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong orchestration design skills.
• Experience with synchronous/asynchronous patterns.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across geographies.
• Familiarity with ArchiMate and tools like BiZZdesign or Draw.io is a plus.
• Strong business understanding and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Hands-on, supportive attitude.
