Change Manager Position
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 9+ months with the possibility of extension
Location: Brussels
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate project alignment with business ambitions and expected outcomes from a user-centric perspective.
- Conduct change readiness assessments and impact analyses to tailor and size change strategies effectively.
- Define and lead tailored change plans using structured methodologies to achieve objectives and ensure adoption.
- Identify and support key stakeholders, enhancing their commitment and buy-in throughout the change journey.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, nurturing strong business connections.
- Develop and implement a targeted communication plan with compelling messages and appropriate channels.
- Support the design and delivery of training programs to empower stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address challenges, facilitating effective problem-solving to maintain momentum.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management, with expertise in major organizational transformations or large technology implementations.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch or French.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Executive coaching skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and drive progress towards a common vision or goal within the organization.
- Keen business acumen to understand and navigate organizational issues and challenges adeptly.
- Experience in integrating GenAI into daily work to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Language Proficiency:
- English is required.
- Dutch and/or French are a plus.
