Project Manager Technology

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Long-term collaboration planned

Location: Antwerpen - 5 days/week onsite presence required

Responsibilities:

• Manage the scope, budget, timeline, and quality of projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate engineering (basic and detailed), execution, and commissioning.
• Responsible for project layout, determining process parameters in consultation with production and R&D colleagues, providing input for design.
• Focus on safety, ergonomics, automation, maintenance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department for components and services.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external).
• Communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate site and execution.
• Organize the commissioning phase.

Technical Profile Requirements:

• Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or metallurgical) or equivalent through experience.
  • Minimum degree: industrial engineer.
  • Relevant experience in the sector.
• Background as a (project) engineer.
• Strong technical insight is an absolute minimum requirement.

Non-Technical Profile Requirements:

• Positive attitude and team-oriented.
• Sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Hands-on mentality and safety awareness.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch is required.

Language Proficiencies:

• Dutch: fluent
• Other languages are a plus
