Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant

Location: Brussel
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (50% minimum on-site, to be discussed with the manager)
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the operation and maintenance of the ServiceNow software infrastructure, focusing on ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Assess and implement requirements for ServiceNow Discovery.
- Discover and adapt data patterns.
- Review and correct the existing data model in the CMDB to reconcile discovered CIs with existing ones.
- Execute discovery on identified scopes.
- Create value case/analysis for ITOM event management.
- Maintain or develop new functionalities based on needs analysis.
- Maintain or develop integrations with other components of the infrastructure.
- Provide user support, training, and demos.
- Support the expansion of the ServiceNow platform usage.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
- Understanding and customization of ServiceNow Discovery Data Patterns.
- Experience with ServiceNow Global platform usage and IntegrationHub/IRE and CMDB 360 multisource.
- Advanced knowledge of authentication methods (JEA, gMSA, NMAP...).
