Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant

Start Date: 27/10/2025

End Date: 23/10/2026

Location: Brussel

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (50% minimum on-site, to be discussed with the manager)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the operation and maintenance of the ServiceNow software infrastructure, focusing on ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Assess and implement requirements for ServiceNow Discovery.
• Discover and adapt data patterns.
• Review and correct the existing data model in the CMDB to reconcile discovered CIs with existing ones.
• Execute discovery on identified scopes.
• Create value case/analysis for ITOM event management.
• Maintain or develop new functionalities based on needs analysis.
• Maintain or develop integrations with other components of the infrastructure.
• Provide user support, training, and demos.
• Support the expansion of the ServiceNow platform usage.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
• Understanding and customization of ServiceNow Discovery Data Patterns.
• Experience with ServiceNow Global platform usage and IntegrationHub/IRE and CMDB 360 multisource.
• Advanced knowledge of authentication methods (JEA, gMSA, NMAP...).
