Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end solution designs for cross-division IT initiatives and cross-security domains.
• Collaborate with requirement owners, tribe leads, product owners, and lead IT engineers/application experts to design quality end-to-end solutions.
• Act as a liaison between Enterprise Architecture and IT delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and capability target architectures.
• Contribute to the development of Solution Architecture & Engineering practices by delivering reusable solution patterns and building blocks.
• Work closely with CISO product owners to address product requirements and services.
• Support the definition of capability target architectures and roadmaps.
• Participate in communities of practice with other solution architects and enterprise architects to share best practices and lessons learned.

Profile:

• Over 10 years of experience in the IT industry with proven experience reporting to senior management.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry and understanding of the complex regulatory environment is a plus.
• Experience as an architect on Cyber Security projects and in large, complex programs.
• Experience as an end-to-end solution architect on large-scale transformation projects.
• Ability to tackle architectural analysis and provide global, pragmatic recommendations.
• Capable of creating strategic position papers and reference architectures, and addressing technical implementation challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and advocacy for architecture recommendations to project/agile delivery teams and senior management.
• Ability to build strong relationships with other architects and parts of the organization.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring new team members.
• Knowledge of post-trade market infrastructures, Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SAFE), Cyber Security Architecture, and RISK frameworks (SABSA, ISO 27k, NIST) is an asset.
• Proficiency in English is required.
