Role Description:
The Product Owner will lead the Key, Certificate, and Secret Management (KCSM) Squad, focusing on the lifecycle management of cryptographic keys, digital certificates, and storage of digital secrets. The role involves strategic planning and collaboration to align the squad's objectives with the evolving needs of the business and IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor technological advancements in cryptography to inform strategic decisions.
- Understand and adapt to the evolving business and IT landscape.
- Define and advocate for the squad's short, mid, and long-term objectives, including budget requirements.
- Collaborate with Chapter Leads to determine necessary competencies and training for the squad.
- Prepare Quarterly Agile Planning (QAP) and develop user stories in alignment with squad priorities.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to optimize squad operations.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Fluent in at least one of the two languages (FR/NL), with a basic understanding of the second.
- French: Fluent in at least one of the two languages (FR/NL), with a basic understanding of the second.
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent by experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
- 5 years of experience in the Security domain is preferable.
- 3 years of experience in Cryptography.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of Security technology.
- Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Rally is preferable.
- Knowledge of the Cryptography domain.
- Familiarity with Portunus, nCipher, and Snow.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
