We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for a customer.

Period: 01/11/2025 – 31/12/2025, with option to expand
Location: Brussels & remote 
Regime: full-time 
Language skills: Dutch and / or French (with passive knowledge of the second national language) + English

Role:
As a technical project manager within the ANPR team, you are responsible for the follow-up of camera connections. You identify pain points and risks and develop an action plan. You optimize the process for camera connections and provide standard documentation for large-scale rollout. You facilitate collaboration with integrators and coordinate actions with suppliers. In addition, you build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as IT architects, analysts and core users.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Identification points for improvement and possible solutions
Drawing up an action plan based on validated parameters
Report project progress, including problems and risks
Develop and implement quality management plans
Set up project follow-up and documentation with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Participate actively in the development of visions of the future for camera connections and network facilities

Training, experience and competences:
At least ten years of experience in guiding technical IT projects
Experience with project monitoring and knowledge management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders
French or Dutch as a mother tongue, with strong passive knowledge of the other language
Self-starter with a critical eye and discretion
