Job description:
As an Internal Communication Officer, you play a key role in creating and disseminating clear, attractive and strategically coordinated internal communication, with a focus on HR-related information. You contribute to written internal communication via mail and internal website or SharePoint, and organize events for employees.
Responsibilities:
Internal communication – writing and publishing
Writing and publishing internal communication on the intranet and internal screens.
SPOC for HR-related topics and strategy-related communication.
Regular consultation with the HR team on upcoming communication topics.
Proactively detecting topics and communication opportunities.
Bringing variation in article formats to increase employee engagement.
Organization of internal events
Prepare and organize Culture Updates for the Leadership Team.
Organization of internal Who is Who event.
Preparing and organizing the Staff Party.
Support the organization of Townhalls and Kick-off.
EVP and ambassador communication
Help prepare EVP-related communications.
Co-owner of the platform for brand ambassadors on social media.
Profile:
Excellent writing skills in Dutch and / or French.
Creative, initiative-rich and able to spot relevant communication opportunities.
Experience with organizing internal events and communication projects.
Strong project management.
Able to coordinate autonomously with senior management.
Smooth with internal publication tools and multimedia content creation.
Insight into a business context and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
