Salesforce Release Manager and Developer

Location: Brussels + Remote

Languages: Dutch/French + English

Responsibilities:

1. Release Management Activities:
   • Manage source code version control using TFS (Microsoft) and Microsoft Azure DEVOPS.
   • Handle packages specific to each release and complete specific release notes.
   • Manage automatic build and deployment where possible.
   • Communicate with dedicated teams for implementation, maintenance, and evolution of development and build environments.
   • Complete deployment procedures with necessary detail for self-execution by the client.
   • Execute deployment in different environments (TST, ACC, PRD) relying on deployment procedures.
   • Support the client in self-deployment.
   • Maintain environment planning for the unit.
   • Interface with the IT community for Salesforce deployment topics.
   • Perform monitoring and impact analysis during Salesforce technical upgrades.
2. Corrective & Evolutive Maintenance:
   • Fix production incidents.
   • Perform technical design, configuration, and Apex development for project implementation.
   • Develop new front-end pages for the customer community portal using jreact and later Lightning Web Runtime language.

Technical Skills Required:

• Expertise in Salesforce deployment and environment branching process.
• Understanding of Jenkins and Microsoft TFS/Azure DEV OPS.
• Ability to configure and develop in Salesforce platform (JavaScript, Flow, Apex code, and front-end).
• Ability to identify incident/problem root cause and fix Apex code and flow issues.
• Master data mass creation/modifications via tools like Inspector.
• Administration of users, user profiles, permission sets, user groups, and user queues.
• Clear understanding of Object Manager functionalities.
• Ability to work in Agile.
• Knowledge of jreact or Salesforce Lightning Web Runtime is a plus.

• Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect (Must have)
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant (Must have)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Must have)
• Proven experience in Salesforce deployment lifecycle (Medior, 3 years)
• Proven experience with Jenkins (Must have)
• Proven experience with React (Must have)
• Proven experience with Salesforce (Senior, 8 years)
• Salesforce Administrator (Should have)
• Proven experience in Apex coding (Should have)
• Proven experience with REST services (Should have)
• Proven experience with Salesforce communities (Should have)
• Proven experience with TFS or Azure AD Dev Ops (Should have)

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English (Must have)
• Fluent in French or Dutch (Should have)
