We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Middleware for one of our clients.
Period: ASAP – 20/10/2026

Location: Brussels

Required languages: Dutch and/or French (with passive knowledge of the second national language) + English

Responsibilities:
Middleware and ESB asset management within a multi-skilled team.
Performing management tasks related to change management, release management and technical release.
Maintaining ESB configurations (certificates, security, network flows) using tools such as Scmportal and CMDB.
Operational tasks on the Openshift platform: deployment, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting.
Maintaining Python scripts integrated into the aforementioned assets.

Required qualifications:
Theoretical knowledge of network standards (IPv4/v6, routing, firewall, etc.).
Knowledge of JEE middleware.
Knowledge of SOAP and REST web service standards is a plus.
Autonomy and familiarity with the Python language (experience in Java is a plus).

Desired skills:
Autonomy and ability to seek solutions while seeking help from a senior colleague if necessary.
Ability to work in a team with proactive communication and clear and understandable reports.
Curiosity and openness to modern technologies (Openshift, Docker, etc.) as well as legacy technologies (Websphere, etc.).
Passive bilingualism.
