Job Title: .NET Architect

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: End of March 2026

Location: Brussels, with 2 days per week on-site and the rest remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical aspects of a portfolio in the Asset domain.
• Manage applications with front-end running on Windows and iOS (using .NET MAUI).
• Build and deploy iOS applications.
• Support experienced developers with architecture designs.
• Manage Full Stack .NET developers working on micro-services products.
• Coordinate work during sprints and lead multiple development teams.
• Investigate technical issues and provide solutions.
• Provide a clear vision of the target architecture.
• Collaborate with other Tech Leads and Developers to challenge technical choices.
• Explain technical aspects to non-technical stakeholders.
• Organize collaborative technical sessions with developers and architects.
• Handle priorities and emergencies efficiently.
• Explore new technologies and maintain a technical watch.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL/MongoDB, MAUI/WPF, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Clean Architecture, and Dapr.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in coaching developer teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a Scrum team.
• Strong analytical skills for technical issue investigation.
• Structured approach to solution development.

Language Requirements:

English is mandatory, with very good knowledge of Dutch or French.
