Role Overview:

The Project Manager IT Infrastructure (PM Infra) will manage projects aimed at creating, adapting, or deploying infrastructures that support the information system. The role involves managing and coordinating all project activities, including:

• Identifying stakeholders.
• Specifying the scope and deliverables, and deriving a schedule and budget.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
• Identifying changes, analyzing their impact, and implementing necessary actions.
• Ensuring the transfer of project knowledge to maintain continuity in "business as usual" mode for all parties impacted by the project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of infrastructure solutions.
• Operate infrastructure solutions and workplace services.
• Lead transformational projects for securing and evolving IT and OT infrastructures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in IT project management (Senior level, 10 years).
• Certification in ITIL (minimum V3).
• Project Management Certification (Prince2 or PMI).
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies or as a Scrum Master.
• Working experience at a Distribution Network Operator.
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.

Domain Knowledge:

• Proven experience implementing end-to-end monitoring services.
• Proven experience in Citrix migration to Published Application & Packaging.
• Proven experience in Mulesoft implementations.
• Proven experience with Cohesity (backup solution).
• Proven experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) implementation.
• Proven experience with Splunk implementation.
• Proven experience with RFI/RFP and identification of external partners.
