Operational Support & Service Delivery Engineer

For a client we are seeking an Operational Support & Service Delivery Engineer to support and ensure stable operations of the DTC platform and to provide service delivery capabilities for project execution. The role involves handling incidents, ensuring SLA compliance, supporting backlog management, and contributing to scalability and performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

Operational Support Engineer (Platform):

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
  • Document incidents and recurring issues.
  • Monitor SLA & KPI for the DTC platform.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.

Service Delivery Engineer (Platform):

  • Monitor platform performance.
  • Manage service backlog (access/change/information requests).
  • Deliver projects on agreed timelines.
  • Support project execution.
  • Ensure scalability and performance.

Required Hard Skills:

  • Platform monitoring & troubleshooting.
  • Incident and problem management.
  • SLA/KPI tracking.
  • Backlog management in ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Project delivery support.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a distributed (offshore) environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

English
