Functional Analyst

Mission Context:

The role involves acting as an interface between the project owner and project management, managing risk, quality, and issues, participating in testing, and ensuring change management towards users.

Function Description:

Your mission will primarily involve analyzing and resolving data quality issues, improving the functionalities of the System and its outbounds, and identifying and implementing local business needs into the systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing analytical accounting data in systems and Management accounting tools.
• Providing support to users in case of issues, questions, and business requirements.
• Identifying the root cause of issues across systems.
• Writing clear and complete business requirements/specifications.
• Proposing and contributing to the definition of short-term and long-term solutions.
• Documenting solutions and processes.
• Acting as an intermediary between local end users and the project team.
• Ensuring business requirements are correctly implemented.
• Preparing, coordinating, and executing testing.
• Contributing to evolutions and projects led by the Group and assessing impacts on the entity.
• Ensuring proactive and clear communication to Management and stakeholders.

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 8 years of experience in reporting, control, or consolidation processes/products.
• Good expertise in MS Office, SQL, Access.
• Preferable experience with Business Objects, Cognos, and General System.
• Good understanding of workflow processes
