Project Management Officer

Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and foster reuse and continuity of that knowledge across all projects enabling the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design new business processes.
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Collaborate with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Actively manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
- Participate in quality management reviews, particularly reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
- Plan and actively execute the BA requirements management strategy; communicate, drive, and manage the business analysis effort through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Partner with internal and external development and technology delivery organizations; prioritize their dependencies on the BA to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Serve as a liaison to the business community.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education:
Bachelor or Master Certification
Experience and Knowledge:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Good understanding of IT and testing
- Experience with requirements management is preferable
- Good understanding of workflow processes is preferable
