Mission Context:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cluster Business Analyst for the cluster Portals. The role involves analyzing and defining business requirements to develop new Portals for Employees and Clients. A strong understanding of web technologies and experience in web platform development, preferably in an Agile environment, is required. The candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills to understand and challenge stakeholder requirements and collaborate with UX designers, architects, and Product Owners. The role requires a structured and collaborative approach, with the ability to understand the global context in which the Portals will be developed.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage requirements and communication, ensuring a good understanding of business needs.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Proactively manage refinement, plan and facilitate meetings, and ensure follow-up of actions.
• Participate in the search and delivery of realistic/effective solutions to complex business challenges.
• Identify the impact of business specifications and related system changes on existing processes.
• Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT departments.
• Build and maintain relationships within Engineering, Business partners, Operations, and IT departments.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good knowledge of one of the national languages
• French: Good knowledge of one of the national languages
• English: Fluent

Education:

Master’s degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis within the digital transformation area.
• Experience in web technologies and a good understanding of IS concepts.
• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
• Expertise in MS Office.
• Experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client-facing environment.
• Understanding of Agile-Scrum delivery frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis is preferable.
• Experience within a financial institution.
• Strong IT affinity and BPMN knowledge.

Business Experience:

• 2 years as a Business Analyst for complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills and in-depth understanding of business processes.
• Ability to plan, structure, and facilitate meetings is preferable.
